Riverhouse is the ideal family vacation rental home, easily accessible to all Aspen, Snowmass and the Roaring fork Valley have to offer. A full entertainment center – including DVD player, surround sound, and flat screen TV is available for the morning news, movies or a romantic evening in front of the fire. |
Kitchen Dining area

This bright and inviting kitchen features a cathedral ceiling with skylights and mountain views– a perfect place to prepare healthy meals for a day on the slopes. With a new refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven, range, compactor and full set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, blender, etc., you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite comfort foods.
The dining area is just off the kitchen and features a great round table for six expandable to ten or more. Mountain views make it a perfect place to linger over a meal. |

MASTER: The main level master suite is a private retreat featuring a king-size bed, private access to the outdoor deck, gas fireplace and bath with bidet and spa shower. Breathtaking mountain views and sounds of the Roaring Fork lull you to sleep.

BEDROOM 3: Upper level Twin and bunk (3), river/mountain views, sharing hall bath with tub/shower.

Lower level rec room

The rec room and two ajacent bedrooms make up the optional lower level. With ample room to spread out and play, it gives the youth somewhere of their own to enjoy away from parents. This haven is equipped with a 50" Plasma home theater, surround sound audio system, regulation billiards table and wet bar with refrigerator. A separate entrance and covered area for gear makes for easy unloading from a day on the slopes. |
Outdoor Living Areas

A large main level deck is the summer gathering place with much outdoor furniture, dining table and swing. There is a convenient gas grill and steps down to the lower hot tub deck and to the river path beyond. All overlooks the magnificent Roaring Fork River and is a perfect place to curl up in a quilt with a cup of hot cocoa and enjoy the majestic scenery.
Down the path to the river is a screened "Riverporch" with hammock. Grandpa has been known to campout there with the grandkids and occasionally sneak a nap.
Further along the river is another swing perfect for watching the fishermen in the family catch and release trophy rainbow and brown trout. The remainder of the property contains many grassy and shaded hideouts and good winter sledding hills.
There is paved main level parking for several cars and a lower level circular drive for several more. The street is a dead-end with only neighbor traffic.
